ABOUT GRAHAM

With over a decade of high-end experience in recipe development in some of the finest restaurants in Montreal. He has the experience and knowledge to help you transform your menu, dining experience, and operations while honoring your restaurant’s core identity. Graham has designed seasonal, local, and individualised menus in some of the world’s finest restaurants – let that expertise and creativity work for you.

After graduating cooking school, Graham won gold in 2005 at the Montreal Culinary Olympics. His excitement for experimenting with flavour combinations and developing novel preparations led him to pursue cooking at the highest level. He sought out internships in Sonoma County and Chicago. And, has always strived to bring out the best in ingredients and harness flavour with the most exacting of techniques. 

He transitioned from Haute-Cuisine restaurants to teaching professionally at the Pearson School of Culinary Arts in Montreal. He has collaborated on developing the curricula for the Recipe Development and Menu Planning courses. He has also helped guide their culinary competitors to win Gold Medals in Montreal at the Competences Québec Culinary Olympics.
